Inwall Facings

Description

Inwall Facings are made to cover existing walls in clean rooms. The facing panels are attached to the structure of profiles (OT+) or existing wall (Inwall Click).
  • The ideal solution for adapting existing rooms into clean rooms.
  • Easy and quick fixation to structural walls
  • All panels are prefabricated – minimal adjustments on site
  • All joints sealed with silicone
  • Panels connected via conductive cables are grounded to the earthing point

Product information

  • The front side of the facing panel is made from zinc-coated steel sheet with PES coating or stainless steel V2A.
  • Custom colors available (standard RAL9002, RAL9010, RAL5024, RAL6019).
  • Facing panels reinforced by in-pasted plasterboard.
  • Maximum panel dimension (width or height) is 1.15 m or 4 m.
  • Various connecting parts and mounting accessories provided.
  • Panels are installed into stiffening profiles or a supporting grid made of profiles and crossbars.
  • Plasterboard with higher resistance to moisture or fire, as well as filling with thermal and acoustic insulation (OT+ system), available upon customer request.
  • Certified according to EN14190

Inwall Facings are created specifically to conceal the walls of clean rooms. These facing panels can be mounted either onto the structural profiles (OT+) or directly onto the existing wall (Inwall Click). Inwall systems include the following types:

  • Inwall Click for direct fixation
  • Inwall Click for fixation on a supportive frame
  • OT+
  • Inwall Click for direct fixation

Inwall Click for direct fixation is designed to cover even wall surfaces. Inwall Click panels are constructed using bent steel plates on an exposed side and stiffened by in-pasted plasterboard with a thickness of 12.5 mm (resulting in a panel thickness of 13.5 mm). Panels are to be clicked into the W-profile (resulting in a system thickness of 38.5 mm). Use steel-zinc coated bottom profiles J65 to connect the panels with an unfinished floor(profiles to be covered by flooring).

  • Inwall Click for fixation on a supportive frame

Inwall Click for fixation on a supportive frame is designed to cover uneven wall surface. Inwall Click panels are constructed using bent steel plates on an exposed side and stiffened by in-pasted plaster board with a thickness of 12.5 mm (resulting in a panel thickness of 13.5 mm). Panels are to be clicked into the W-profile. Unevenness of the existing partition wall is leveled with supporting frame made of ZL20 profiles (resulting in a system thickness of approx. 60 mm).  Use steel-zinc coated bottom profiles G65 to connect the panels with an unfinished floor (profiles to be covered by flooring).

  • OT+

The OT+ system is designed to cover existing partition walls as single-sided facing or may be used as a separate wall partition by using two rows of panels at a defined distance with different filling, insulation, and cables. Inwall OT+ panels are constructed using bent steel plates on an exposed side and stiffened by in-pasted plaster board with a thickness of 18 mm (resulting in a panel thickness of 19.5 mm). Vertical joint between panels is 30 mm wide, max distance between each joint is 1.2 m. Use steel-zinc coated bottom profiles DVP100 to connect the panels with an unfinished floor (profiles to be covered by flooring). For increased sound insulation build two rows of panels and fill the hollow space between with acoustic and thermal insulation material such as mineral wool. Closed zinc-coated steel profiles with a square cross-section of 40 x 40 mm and a max length of 4.0 m provide vertical support for Inwall OT+ panels (total system thickness ~60 mm).  Steel profiles must be attached to the construction ceiling and the floor.

Inwall OT+ system contains also in-built cupboards with glass doors, pass-trough and go-trough cabinets with doors in a color matching the color of facing panels (optionally glazed). The cabinets doors are flush with the wall partition.

Inwall Click for direct fixation

The panels are crafted to effectively cover all wall surfaces, seamlessly clicked into the W-profile. Steel-zinc coated bottom profiles J65 are utilized to connect the panels with an unfinished floor, discreetly concealed beneath flooring.

Inwall Click for fixation on a supportive frame

Crafted to seamlessly cover uneven wall surfaces, the panels are complemented by a supporting frame made of ZL20 profiles, effectively leveling the existing partition wall and resulting in a system thickness of approximately 60 mm. For connecting the panels with an unfinished floor, steel-zinc coated bottom profiles G65 are employed, ensuring a secure attachment while remaining discreetly hidden beneath the flooring.

OT+

To support the Inwall OT+ panels with a total system thickness of approximately 60 mm, steel profiles (40 x 40 mm) are required to be affixed to both the construction ceiling and floor, providing essential vertical support. The vertical joints between panels are set at a width of 30 mm, with a maximum distance of 1.2 meters between each joint. For connecting the panels securely to an unfinished floor, steel-zinc coated bottom profiles DVP100 are utilized, ensuring stability while discreetly concealed beneath the flooring.

OT+ double row

To construct separate partitions, utilize two rows of panels. Enhance sound insulation by filling the hollow space between the rows with acoustic and thermal insulation materials like mineral wool.
